With decades of marketing communications experience, I’m one of Asia’s pioneers of non-traditional advertising, and digital transformation, specializing in retail communications, brand activation, digital and data marketing, CRM and loyalty marketing. I have held senior agency positions in large firms such as McCann, Ogilvy, Wunderman, managing up to 500 people across 4 offices, as well as boutique specialty firms such as Nitro and RTC. I have marketing research experience from my time at Nielsen.

Work experience

Despite the pandemic, I grew the new business portfolio by 40 percent by expanding services to social commerce, data, and CRM for brands such as L’Oreal, LVMH, IKEA, Qualcomm, Cisco, Maserati, and Coca-Cola. In 2020, we were awarded WARC’s “Most Effective Digital Agency”, ranking #2 in the world, and #1 in APAC & China, and Silver for “Best Digital Agency” in Campaign Asia “Agency of The Year” awards in 2020.

In 10 years, I grew a 28-person CRM specialty agency in Shanghai to a full-service integrated agency, spread across 4 offices in China and Hong Kong, with 350 people, and increasing revenue 6X. In 2016, Wunderman became one of only 3 full service digital agencies in China, according to Forrester, covering digital communications, CRM, loyalty, technology & experience for clients such as Ford, Land Rover, HSBC, Huawei, United Airlines, GSK, Microsoft, Estee Lauder, Dell and others. We were awarded Gold for “Greater China Digital Agency of the Year” in 2018 by Campaign Asia.
